At Personal Homes Services, our goal is to provide reliable, high-quality home cleaning with your safety and satisfaction in mind. Please review our service and refund policy carefully before booking.

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. However, your satisfaction is important to us. If there is a problem with your scheduled cleaning, the following resolutions apply:

If any of the following occurs, we will immediately dispatch a new cleaner to your location at no extra charge:

  • The assigned cleaner is a no-show
  • You are not satisfied with the quality of service (must be reported same day)
  • There is any violent or inappropriate behavior from our staff (we take safety seriously and investigate all reports).

We do not service homes with active pest infestations, including roaches or bed bugs. If our team arrives and finds such conditions, the appointment will be canceled immediately and no refund will be issued.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if the environment is deemed unsafe for our employees (e.g., threatening behavior, unsanitary conditions, or illegal activity).
  • We do not clean blood, human feces, or bodily fluids under any circumstances. Specialized services are required for such cleanup.

If you or anyone in the home is feeling unwell, please reschedule at any time, even same-day. We will waive any rescheduling or cancellation fee — your health and ours is a top priority.
